I'm originally from Lithuania,7 years working in Netherlands,living in Rotterdam,and came visit this shitty place,and gues what,i cant get what i want from meniu becouse i dont have BRP???

In Netherlands many local people does not have brp for any reason( but they speak dutch)so they get easy. It is other gruop of the people wich i know,who knows the words,,can i get 5g amnesia" and they also get it.
So its mean if you dont speak Dutch(doesent matter couz my kid born in Hogeveen,going in kindergarden).
