Motivation - Job at Rockland
I am a young, hardworking German-Brazilian with dual citizenship, known for my social, sociable, and motivated mindset. My diverse international background includes being born and raised in Brazil, living in California (USA) for three years (making me fluent in English), traveling to Mexico, Ecuador, as well as spending three months between the Netherlands and Italy. This experience has equipped me to handle a wide range of customers smoothly, including South American and Iberian tourists. As a result, I love international and multicultural work environments.
I am eager to learn, teamwork and collaborate on all aspects of the Coffeeshop business, from budtending, stock assessment and replenishment to engaging with customers at the bar. With 2 years of experience in management (stock replenishment, cashier, bartender) at my own small burger business, as well as in selling sports footwear at an Adidas originals store, I possess all the necessary skills for the job.
Additionally, I hold a degree in business administration and am keen to pursue a long-term career in the cannabis industry. On a personal level, I enjoy football, take gym workouts seriously, and am an enthusiast with extensive knowledge of cannabis properties.
