I am from England and have visited Toremalijn on four occasions now between 2019 and 2020 and enjoyed every visit. I purchase mostly the €40 jars of 5g mixed weed. It's usually (if not always) good quality gruis and very strong. I can recommend it, particularly if you want something strong but are on a tight budget, like me. It is a ground up mix of all of the standard strains such as Jack Hererer, White Widow, Lemon Haze, Amnesia Haze and many others.
The Toremalijn gets busy sometimes particularly during covid-tijd the queues can extend into the street. But the garden is a joy to smoke in and enjoy a tea or soft drink etc. I have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and purveyors of good quality weed overall. Toremalijn has something of a reputation for being the best coffeeshop in town and even Brabant according to locals in Breda. I can't confirm that as I have only been to Coffeeshop De Muz on one previous occasion because Toremalijn was not quite open yet. De Muz had just literally opened its doors as I was walking past so I purchased their branchy gruis at €30 for 5g. I can therefore vouch for the Toremalijn jars of mixed weed in comparison to De Muz but theirs is €10 cheaper so if you're on a tight budget, the De Muz gruis is less potent but cheaper. I decided later to walk from De Muz over to Toremalijn and bought a gram of Power Plant and a puur weit joint for the 5 minute walk back to the station...of which I enjoyed the ultra short train journey back to Breda where the dreaded tourist weed passes are in operation.
Finding Toremalijn is easy enough. From the main entrance and exit at centraal station turn left down Spoorlaan and gently arc left with the contour of the road and walk towards the coffeeshop. It takes just 5mins gentle walking, there are ATMs nearby and a good local supermarket opposite the shop should you wish to stock upon goodies along the way.
My Dutch friends have driven me to this coffeeshop from Breda on two occasions so far and they believe it to be the best in all of Brabant but it's a personal choice because there are too many factors to say which is the best and which isn't from the ambience, price, quality, location and so on.
One tip I recommend, if you're in a busy queue, eyeball the menu before you reach the counter. Will help to alleviate the stress of choosing.
I heard a local rumour that some of the high-end Californian weed strains here are not always as advertised but everyone still says the dodgy substitutes are of a good quality anyway usually. You should, as a strict rule in all Dutch coffesshops, see and smell the weed before you buy because virtually every coffesshop lies about its produce as a matter of routine. knowing that it's virtually impossible for customers to effectively argue otherwise. It is a legacy of the criminal element that still shadows coffesshops and think the Dutch authorities should apply rules to bring cannabis products into line with the protections of all products sold, period.

excellent selection loads of varity on the menu and ok prices. Went for the super lemon haze its was lovely and like the review says good place to chill out at the back
